Bridgehead was one of the first coffee brands in Canada to offer fairtrade coffee, proving that coffee tastes better by doing better. Our coffees are traceable and grown in select climates at higher elevations where producers and family farmers carefully nurture the beans to develop the highest quality coffee.

The SCA (Speciality Coffee Association) has developed a global coffee grading system, evaluating beans based on a set of standardized criteria, including colour, scent, and defects. The SCA classifies coffee with a score of 80 and above as specialty coffee. Bridgehead coffees score 83 to 90+ points, making our coffee a superior product to others on the grocery shelf.
